I'm Josh Broward.
Before all else, I'm a well-loved child of the Father (and I'm trying to remember that every moment). But I'm also a husband (to that beautiful lady) and a father (to those fantastic kids).
I have the great privilege of serving as Associate Pastor at Duneland Community Church in Chesterton, Indiana. I spend most of my time helping us develop our missional activities. We have missional communities, a food pantry, and a thriving partnership with Free The Girls (fighting human trafficking internationally), and a beginning effort to fight human trafficking within our own county.
I also teach philosophy, Bible, and introduction to Christianity at Olivet Nazarene University and Indiana Wesleyan University.
God has also called me into the crazy adventure writing. Just as I'm ecclectic in what I read, my writing is all over the place too: poetry, essays, articles, fiction, and scholarly work. My biggest work so far has been editing the book Renovating Holiness (100+ Gen-X and Millennial Nazarenes from around the world revision sanctification). If you're interested, check out a list of my published work.
My life calling is to develop leaders who engage in God's mission of healing our world with love.
